Cancellation Policy

There is a 7-day cancellation/rescheduling policy. If your order is canceled or changed with less than an 7-day notice from order due date, payment is forfeited but MAY be applied to a future order. We understand there are many things that come up in your day-to-day life. While I am sympathetic to those changes, I cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations. Pick up date is to be decided at time of order. If your order is not picked up within 3 days of specified pick up date and there is no communication to work out a new pick up date, then your order will be forfeited and will be sold or donated.
